CAPUD is a national association of individuals and groups who work to improve the conditions – social, health and legal – facing people who use currently illicit drugs in Canada.

We are fed up with being criminalized for our personal choices and no longer remain silent while being condemned to the status of an oppressed, marginalized sector of society.

We intend to become a strong voice which can represent our collective experience and understanding, and to push for changes which benefit our legitimate needs.
